*Reservation must be guaranteed by cash or credit card number with date of expiry.
1 night’s cancellation charge applicable for no-shows or cancellation received within
24 hours prior to arrival.
* Cancellation policy for Thursday & Friday is 48 hours prior to arrival.
* Cancellation policy during periods of Christmas, New Year’s Eve & UAE Public Holidays is 7 days prior to arrival. An advance-fee of the entire duration of stay is requisite by cash or credit card – credit card form provided. Kindly note that early departure fee will be applicable and chargeable for the whole stay.
* BBQ is not allowed near hotel rooms, ocean view rooms or on the beach.
* BBQ is only allowed only in front of the chalets and can be used when booked.
* No pets are allowed.
* Outside visitors are not allowed to visit hotel guests in their rooms. Should you wish to meet your friends, please use the hotel’s reception or lobby.
* The hotel doesn’t accept a booking from bachelors.
* The number of Persons agreed on, cannot be increased. Otherwise, we are obligated, by hotel policy, to charge AED 210.00 per person/night without breakfast, and we preserve the right to cancel this reservation if rules not followed.
* Loud music and other disturbance are not entertained at any time in the Hotel.
All prices are inclusive of 10% Municipality Tax & 10% Service Charge and 5% VAT (VAT 5% not applicable on 10% Municipality Tax)
